Things that can help mothers

Having a baby means big changes in your life and the Strong Women Strong Babies Pregnancy Diary gives you information on how to look after yourself and your baby during pregnancy and after the birth.

Ask your midwife or doctor for a copy of your free, Strong Women Strong Babies’ Pregnancy Diary. It shows what to expect in labour and birth, and how to make informed decisions about your care.

You can use the diary to record your thoughts and feelings about your pregnancy, record your appointments, and any questions that you may have for your midwife or doctor.

A downloadable print version of the diary is also available here
