The North Coast Public Health Unit is reminding residents of Northern NSW to protect themselves against mosquitoes which remain in high numbers late in the season.

While there have been no new recorded cases of COVID-19 in residents of the Northern NSW Local Health District for 6 days now, Chief Executive Wayne Jones is reminding the community that it is not yet time to relax or celebrate.

As at 8pm Wednesday 15 April there were 56 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in residents of the Northern NSW Local Health District, with 2 new cases having been identified in the previous 24 hours.

As at 8pm Tuesday 14 April there were 54 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in residents of the Northern NSW Local Health District, with 1 new case having been confirmed since Saturday.
