COVID-19 Update: Wednesday, 11 August

There are no new confirmed cases of COVID-19 reported among residents of Northern NSW Local Health District.


 
COVID 19 - Update - Close contact locations

Two new cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Northern NSW, both close contacts of the man in his 50s reported yesterday.

All three cases are currently being cared for at Lismore Base Hospital, and all are in a stable condition.


 
Stay at Home Order for four North Coast LGAs

NSW Health has issued an alert for new Stay at Home Orders which affect four Local Government Areas in Northern NSW from 6pm on 9 August.

These are Byron Shire, Richmond Valley, Lismore and Ballina Shire LGAs.

NSW Health is investigating the source of his infection and the venues he may have visited.
